Absolute nightmare, so many stairs!

Overview
Booked tickets online as their website said there was disabled access. Used my CEA card and during the booking it gave info on wheelchair spaces. Show up and turns out the screen is up 3 sets of stairs and they can't do anything! I bum shuffled my way up and got my carer to pull my wheelchair up but I'm appalled they didn't mention the access issue while booking!
Transport & Parking
There isn't a car park but there are about 4 disabled parking spaces within 100m. Crossing the road from these spaces to the cinema is difficulty as there is a lack of lowered curbs.
Access
There is a side enternace and a button to get assistance but this is down a side alley and not clearly marked so we were quite confused. Inside there are 2 screens downstairs with level access and 2 screens upstairs but no lift. The stairs have handrails on both sides and are decently well lit. Inside the upstairs screens there is tiered seating meaning even more stairs! I'm lucky I'm able to go down sets of stairs backwards while holding onto a handrail but it was exhausting and difficult, never mind pulling myself up the stairs to begin with!
Toilets
Did not use so cannot comment.
Staff
Staff were very unhelpful given the lack of info on wheelchair access when booking online.
