Overview
Can’t thank the staff at pizza express near Clark’s village enough. We popped in on a busy Saturday to get out the rain for lunch, without a booking and they were amazing to not only fit us in but make sure all our needs were met. We were by no means an easy group to seat (a wheelchair user, a wobbly Walker and a life glider user) with 3 assistance dogs. But they moved things about and got us all settled with enough space for our dogs and equipment. Honestly they were amazing.
Transport & Parking
There is no parking at the restaurant. But we parked in Clark’s village car parking which is free for blue badge holders. It is also on a bus route.
Access
We had no issues with the access. Ramped access. Plenty of space between tables.
Toilets
Toilets are upstairs but the accessible loo is on the ground floor. Pull cord a good length and now has a Euan’s guide card attached. Handrails all in working order. Plenty of space. Mat under the hand drier to catch drips. Really well thought out. It is not a changing places facility.
Staff
All staff were 10/10. They were so kind and accommodating and just really made us feel welcome. No issues with having mobility aids or assistance dogs. Clearly well trained.
