Good access, nice food but issues with toilet

Overview
An easily accessible chain restaurant in the centre of St Andrews. The low score is because of the toilet.
Transport & Parking
The restaurant does not have its own car park. There is on street parking in South Street, sideways on to the kerb. Although there are some Blue Badge spaces many do not have cross hatching beside them. We generally park in the Argyll Street car park which is less than 10 minutes walk/wheel away
Access
Level access from the Street and inside the restaurant. Room to manoeuvre a wheelchair between tables and a hard floor suitable for wheeling. Wide doors, though they don't seem to stay open by themselves. The outside seating is also easily accessible.
Toilets
The toilet was good in that it had grab rails on both sides and a red cord which went to the floor. There was room for a wheelchair user and assistant. Entry was a little tricky with two right angled turns but manageable. The big drawback of the toilet was that the baby change platform did not stay up. This meant that it had to rest on my back when I put the wheelchair into position and then on the back of the wheelchair while I assisted ny relative. It seems unlikely that an independent wheelchair user would have been able to manage.
Staff
Very efficient in serving. When we left no-one offered to help with the door. Another wheelchair user and assistant were leaving at the same time and we held the door open for each other.
Anything else you wish to tell us?
The restaurant is accessed from Church Square, although the address is South Street. This sunny square is a pleasant place to sit as there are several seats with arms and backrests. Although it is cobbled, paved paths have been laid through the cobbles to assist wheelchairs/prams. There are public toilets in the square which another reviewer has commented on. The entrance is narrow as it's an old building but our slightly wider than average chair just fits through.
