Overview

PizzaExpress closed its restaurant where we used to live, but following a permanent move to St Andrews I'm able to resume solo lunches there every week or so (my wife likes pizza less).

Transport & Parking

St Andrews has quite a few disabled bays for car parking on South Street and I was able to secure one of the four outside WH Smith leaving me a short walk via the controlled crossing to the restaurant.

Access

The entrance is flat and the entry doors can be pulled or pushed. Staff were on hand to assist if needed and my exit door was opened for me after my lunch. I was offered a window table very near the entrance and table 3 will become my table of preference on future visits.

Serving staff were prompt but not intrusive. By using the PizzaExpress app you can male reservations, use loyalty reward offers, view your bill and pay without having to interact further with busy staff.
