Overview
This is my family's favourite restaurant. In the centre of Staines - its easy to find. The customer service is faultless; the waitress remembers all names and asks me whether I'd like to transfer into a seat which is rarely the case. There is a spacious accessible toilet. The food's brilliant. We always have a great time.
Transport & Parking
The quality of the parking depends on the time of day that you go. It's in the centre of the town centre so can be busy. The parking, does not detract from the experience and it would be unfair to criticise the restaurant for the parking if it is busy in town.
Access
There is level access. A good quality toilet (which may not have a hoist). It is no difference whether I come in to eat when compared to anybody else. They want my family and I to have a good time and more to the point I don't have to worry at all.
Toilets
It is what it is - an accessible toilet. It is easy for me to use and I've never had to wait to use it. Admittedly I'm quite independent and this may not be the case for some.
Staff
After a few visits, the staff become friends and that's a great credit to them. Sadly we can't give massive tips!
