Mostly good access but tight getting into toilet

Overview
We visited early evening on Easter Saturday. The city was busy but Pizza Express didn't feel too busy and the tables were well spaced. The only negative was that the accessible toilet was really only big enough for a small manual wheelchair and I couldn't turn it round so had to reverse out.
Transport & Parking
We parked in the coach and motorhome car park for the whole day. It was about a 15 minute walk in, mostly along the riverside path. I have a serious aversion to nettles and although it was okay in April, I could see that in a month's time, I would be very unlikely to use that path.
Access
The entrance is down a wide alley to the side of the restaurant. It is flat but a little uneven. There is a tiny step to the front door - 5 cm high. They saw me coming though and brought a ramp out. Probably one of the best portable ramps I've ever used. The restaurant has multiple levels but we were on the main floor and they gave us a table with plenty of room for 4 adults and my assistance dog. Absolutely nothing to do with access, but the meal was really tasty!
Toilets
There is a ramp down to the toilet which was easy enough to get to. The toilet door is quite narrow though and there isn't much room inside... not enough room to turn an average-sized manual wheelchair around. Also the grab rail was very difficult to lower. It was clean though.
Staff
The lady who served us was fantastic. Nothing was too much trouble. She checked occasionally that everything was okay and totally ignored my dog. She could train staff elsewhere on how to behave around assistance dogs!
