Overview

I attended the Aberdeen FC Vs. Hearts FC match in December 2017 and overall it was a alright experience but defiantly can do better!

Transport & Parking

I didn't use car parking so I can't comment. I only used a taxi which was really helpful as it picked me up and dropped me off right beside the Richard Donald stand.

Access

Poor. There was no signs to tell me where to go but when you get into the Richard Donald stand then you go past the refreshments and there should be a big wheelchair ramp leading to the Richard Donald stand. Then you get out to your space and it is a good view in all fairness. My only complaint about to view would be that people stand in front of you and your view can be restricted. You can not get in to the shop outside and i cant understand why they cant make a ramp as there is only two little steps blocking you. Also out of a stand of 6000 fans, Angus The Bull jumped over the fence and hand shacked only the wheelchair users (including me) and then he went back, I did not feel special at all.

Toilets

The toilet was basic but large so very easy to manoeuvre.

Staff

The staff were alright. They weren't helpful or unhelpful.

Anything else you wish to tell us?

The macaroni pie makes going to Pittodrie all worth it! To be honest, i would recommend wheelchair users not to go as you may find it very difficult.
