Overview
Excellent in every respect.
Transport & Parking
I don't know enough about the parking or transport to comment on this venue.
Access
Easy access throughout, lifts, ramps, no problems. Delightful. The wheelchair-friendly entrance is to the right of the main entrance. It's a bit tucked away, and it's not 100% clear how to reach it step- free, but if you veer slightly to the right you can get to it without encountering any steps. Maybe the signage could be improved. Half a star lost for this slight inconvenience.
Toilets
The accessible toilet I used, which was near the wheelchair-friendly entrance, was huge and perfectly in order in every way - see my picture below.
Staff
Staff were really alert. I only had to come within 50 feet of anyone for them to rush over and tell me all about the nearest lifts and ramps. Top marks.
Anything else you wish to tell us?
The lemon cake in the café was really fantastic. Have a look at the pillars in the arches on the upper level. Every single pillar is made of a different type of stone, and the name of the stone is engraved at the base of the pillar.
