Overview
Had our work night out here and the food was absolutely outstanding. I had the haggis parcels, which were in a delicate filo pastry that crumbles away in my mouth. Then the duck, which was cooked to perfection. Not being able to decide between a few desserts, I had three! Sticky toffee and date pudding, milk chocolate fondant and the spiced apple and pear tart. There are no superlative words to describe how good they were. The local beers were a bonus too. This place is an absolute delight to the taste buds all round.
Transport & Parking
Access
Double doors open out for clear, wide access. There is a very small step about 5cm, which they have a portable ramp that can be put in place.
Toilets
It has straight access direct into the disabled toilet.
Staff
Very friendly and knowledgeable.
