Overview
The staff were warm, welcoming and accommodating. Providing me with door to space service and my husband with a loop system loop. Even when someone was taken ill, their privacy was protected and everyone looked after. All wheelchair customers and their families were supported to a quieter space until everything was settled. I could not fault the staff for their attitude. I wish more places were like this.
Transport & Parking
A combination of taxi from home (my local ubderground station is not accessible) and underground into the centre. Relatively easy for me but it still takes time and one Uber driver refused to even try and take my wheelchair. I am not sure if parking is available or not.
Access
Staff greeted us at the door, took wheelchair customers and family through to the auditorium personally before house opened to make sure everyone was settled. My deaf husband was given a loop system loop. Every step of the way, even in the emergency that unfolded everyone was treated with respect.
Toilets
Excellent placing and provisions. However it would have been better if they were slightly bigger. I was in my compact power chair, I would not have wanted to navigate them in my self propelled one.
Staff
The staff were excellent. Took my family in without us having to queue. Escorted us from door to seats, insuring we were settled and all my families needs were fulfilled before opening the house to everyone else. They were polite, professional and friendly. Some of the best customer service I have ever had.
