Overview
If your visiting Dublin but fancy getting away from the hustle and bustle of the city for a few hours Phoenix Park is a must! The park is very accessible, wide open spaces that give you plenty of room to explore, the park is very well kept, with beautiful flowering gardens, a Visitor Centre and small cafe's to stop at for a bite to eat. Phoenix Park is also the official home of the Irish President & US Ambassador
Transport & Parking
Phoenix Park is easily accessed by public transport, The Red Line of the Luas (Tram) stops at Heuston Station which is within a 5 minute wheel of the park.
Access
Phoenix Park is huge it is very accessible, due to the amount of pushing though you may find that you need someone to help you. There is a castle next to the Visitor Centre which isn't fully accessible but there is information about it and pictures in the visitor centre for those who can't access it all.
Toilets
An accessible toilet is available in the Visitor Centre.
Staff
The staff are friendly and willing to help if required.
Anything else you wish to tell us?
I would recommend it, but its definitely an activity for a sunny day. I'd definitely do it again especially because it is so big.
