Overview
There is a ramp to the cafe and toilets are outside. Not sure if there is a separate, accessible toilet. In theory the ground floor of the cafe is accessible but right from the entrance it is very cluttered with furniture. In warm weather it is possible to sit outside. There is no lift to the first floor. This is a pity as the food, drinks, decor, atmosphere and service are all so good. This is in a former gatehouse for Cardiff Castle so making it more accessible would be extremely difficult.
Transport & Parking
There is no car park. It is on the front of an extremely busy main road. There are bus stops nearby but I doubt an electric wheelchair or mobility scooter would be able to board the buses. The best way to access it is from Bute Park or from the main road and not from a vehicle. It is practically impossible to stop to be dropped off as the road is so busy and dangerous.
Access
No lift. Ramp to entrance.
Toilets
I didn't use it. I don't know if there is one.
Staff
Very friendly.
