Overview

This is a busy pet shop in Falkirk's town centre with fairly good access.

Transport & Parking

There is a small car park directly outside of the Pet Shop with accessible spaces. There are also bus stops very close by, and the local train station is just across the road.

Access

There is step-free, level access through wide automatic doors leading from the car park to the shop. Inside, the shop is quite packed full, but the corridors are wide enough for a wheelchair user to browse comfortably. Items aren't stacked too high on most shelves which is good. There are lots of pets to look at, including the very popular rabbits in the centre of the shop. There is also an induction loop inside. The counters at the checkout are quite high however.

Toilets

I didn't see in any accessible toilets during my visit, so can't comment. There are accessible toilets in the Costa next door however, and in the large Tesco around the corner.

Staff here are perfectly friendly and will be happy to offer assistance.
