Masterclass not accessible - I wasn't able to visit

Overview
The masterclass is held in a room up a flight of 15 stairs. They booked me in despite being informed I am a wheelchair user and cancelled later. When I complained they offered me a class separately in a different location, I declined. I have asked them to install a fold up lift - they say they will reconsider, I'm not holding my breath.
