Overview
Stopped in for dinner at this rural pub before a couple of days in the Brecon Beacons and had an excellent high quality gastropub meal with some local beer. There is a gallery upstairs and some surprising wallabies and exotic birds in the back garden (the animals are mostly up some steps).
Transport & Parking
Has own car park; step free access along pavement from car park and in through the front door.
Access
Step free access through the front door; plenty of space around the bar and tables on the ground floor. There is a lift to allow customers to get to the top floor where more seating and the gallery is situated (although we did not use it, so had to assume it was working!). Outside, some of the animals are up some steps if you wanted to see them.
Toilets
Standard disabled toilet on the ground floor.
Staff
Very friendly!
