Overview

I used the Neatebox Welcome App to stop and have a coffee. The staff were friendly and welcoming having mobility problems I appreciated the flat entrance open doors and ramps to the toilets.

Transport & Parking

The entrance to the hotel is situated in its own car park with space outside the front door to drop off and pick up

Access

The entrance is flat and the double doors are wide there are no steps in to reception and there is a ramp in the building so access to the toilets is simple.. If you use the Welcome App then staff will open the internal door into the dining area. There is seating in the reception area but I would have a appreciated a tall chair at the reception desk. However there was seating available

Toilets

Easy access signed and it was very clean

Staff were friendly and helpful and it was a good visit
