Give yourself plenty of time to visit this great garden centre.

This review is especially helpful for those who have or use the following: Wheelchair, Powerchair, Mobility Scooter
Overview
The garden centre is all on one level so accessibility is no problem. The gift shop area is the only real issue as the display racks are so tightly packed.. It makes negotiating in a manual wheelchair difficult and I’m sure a powered chair or scooter would be even more difficult. There were also areas where staff had bought stock out and left big boxes/ packages/trolleys in the aisles resulting in me having to take a detour. With the exception of these I had no real issues getting around.
Transport & Parking
There were a few disabled parking spaces but they were all full so we had to park on a gravel parking area which was difficult but had we got a parking space they are immediately outside the front door.
Access
All flat access and with the exception of the two issues mentioned above I had no problems.
Toilets
As there was no Changing Places toilet I didn’t see the loos but did see clear signs for a disabled toilet.
Staff
The majority were very helpful and friendly.
