Overview

We came last year and had a great time. This year I have had lessons with Matt from the ski school. I use a biski and it has been brilliant choosing my way down the slopes with a bit of assistance from Matt holding the tethers. A special shout out too for the office staff at the slopes in Arinsal who have been so friendly and kind. Also to the guys who operate the gondolas stopping them to let me get on and off, and for helping me across the snow at the top to the main building. There is a disabled toilet, a lift that can access most floors. The ski shop staff are great and the Polar Bar nachos are brill.

Transport & Parking

There is a car park at Vall Nord at the bottom of the gondola and at the top. The gondola is accessed by a ramp in Arinsal and with help from the lefties.

Access

The lift in the main building covers most floors, so the Terrace cafe at the top, and the disabled toilet and office can all be accessed easily.

Toilets

The accessible loo has the usual grab rails, a low basin, and there is plenty of space.

Staff

From the support staff, the office staff, especially the ski school instructors are all really helpful.

Arinsal is hilly so unless you have a power chair you would need help to get around..
