Overview
The staff at the zoo couldn't do enough for us. They took us to the front of the queue, so our dog didn't overheat - it was a very hot day, they gave her shade and plenty of cold water. How thoughtful.
Transport & Parking
Buses directly to the Zoo run every twenty minutes from the town centre.
Access
The staff have been well-trained when it comes to helping blind customers.
Toilets
I can't speak for wheelchair users or people with other disabilities, but from the perspective of someone with a visual-impairment, the toilets are very user-friendly.
