Transport & Parking

The venue is in the heart of the city of Glasgow, near George Square and both Queen Street and Central Railway stations are well within a mile of Miller Street. Numerous bus routes pass by on adjacent streets. No designated disabled parking on Miller Street itself but again options are on adjacent streets in the surrounding area. I traveled to Glasgow by bus which alighted at Glasgow Buchanan Street Bus Station. It's an approximate 10 minutes push in a (manual) wheelchair mostly downhill. Pavements are generally well maintained but busy pedestrian thoroughfare to navigate.

Access

You enter via a large main door which opens towards you as you enter but there are no obstructions to accessing the reception area where you wait in a spacious area. The restaurant is lined with long tables but there is adequate access along all aisles and my table allowed me to push my wheelchair under the table without obstruction or having my feet or knees in contact with any aspect of the table.

Excellent, friendly, attentive and very much in keeping with the relaxed ambience.
