Overview
Overall very good location. However usually has large amount of shoppers so travel around centre is slow.
Transport & Parking
We walked to the Overgate. There were many car parks that were accessible and many disabled car spaces.
Access
There were ramps for outside access and very large lifts inside. All shops were at floor level and could be accessed by wheelchair users.
Toilets
There was a large easily accessible toilet. It was clean and tidy and had hand rails. We didn't get the opportunity to have a further look.
Staff
Didn't see overgate staff but staff in shops were very nice.
Anything else you wish to tell us?
Would definitely recommend as nice place to shop.
