Overview
The Overgate is Dundee's main shopping centre and its accessibility is very good. Spread over two levels with lifts at either end and disabled toilets on both levels.
Transport & Parking
Plenty of parking. One smaller outside car park for shorter stays has about six disabled spaces. Blue badge holders have to pay. A ramp takes you up to the shopping centre, entering at level two.
Access
All flat surfaces and flat into shops. Shops can be a bit crowded in terms of stock placement which might make moving around difficult for those with mobility aids.
Toilets
Disabled toilets on both levels. Key required from service desk on level 2. Radar keys also.
Staff
Didn't see any on this day other than at service desk. Usually friendly and helpful. Shop staff are generally friendly and helpful too.
