Overview
Inaccessible in areas, rude staff and a mission to get to a toilet!

Access
Very disappointed as I use a rollator, some outdoor areas were inaccessible, some garden areas were impassible and in some areas of the house, staff advised to split our group up!. But by far the most heinous of all these annoyances, were the toilet arrangements. It takes a good 2 hours to walk around and you exit at the rear of the house. The only accessible toilet is a good 10 minute walk away down some very steep ramps and narrow corridors. If you want to go to the beach, the shuttle bus runs a further 15 minute walk away from your exit point. So, if you have any energy left, you can go back to pick up area. We did not. I am 46 and not that unfit, however, it was 28°C.
Toilets
One had a too short cord and the other cord was tucked in a corner under a sanitary waste disposal bin and was short.
Staff
I complained to a member of staff about the exit arrangements and toilets; he went inside, began gossiping with his co-workers and openly pointed out my daughter in the gift shop. So do think it through before you book.
Anything else you wish to tell us?
So many things could be improved - even just allowing people with impairments easier routes to the most basic facilities. We flagged down a bus as we had no energy to walk back uphill and the driver refused, stating that was the rules.
