Overview
Wheelchair access will depend on your chair and also your skill level do to small step. I give one extra star as they did bring food to door so it isn't too much of an issue that I can't get in because the menu can be found on phone and when no covid they have paper menu's too.
Transport & Parking
There is a bus stop outside where the Ilkeston Flyer stops coming from Derby & towards Ilkston. There is no crossing and the dropped kerb is quite a walk away so crossing the road to other side is a challenge. The other side of road is quite steep so you'll need to be okay with a gradient. To get the bus towards Derby I recommend going right and not left. The left bus stop there isn't much space for a bus to deploy the ramp. There is quite a walk though. There are no accessible parking bays.
Access
There is a step at the door which depending on chair and skill level may be a problem. The service is quite slippy so I decided against making a second attempt of getting up the step and just had them bring food to me. The biggest issue for me is the only access up on to the pavement is a steep kerb or at the far end there is lowered section but everytime I go past that section has been blocked by a vehicle. I had to squeeze between the vehicle and the hole (see photo) to access which may prove impossible if larger chair. The counter inside is high and when there is no Covid they usually have some seating. The door is manual and is stiff to push open. You can order online at Just Eat. They do deliver for a fee.

Staff
I am pretty sure if you rang them from road or car and explained your situation they'd bring you you food out as they seem friendly enough to me.
Anything else you wish to tell us?
A note if you are walking and not going in car the pavements are a nightmare when coming from lower end of Spondon (Sandringham Drive) it is basically a game of trying to find dropped kerbs. Absolute nightmare. Walking down you're better off sticking to right side and going up sticking to left side of road.
