Baked goods divine. Toilet just about accessible but red cord broken.

As I am not disabled , I’m guessing the loo was just about accessible for some but the red cord was broken off about 3’ from the ground. So I added a card and spoke to the staff.
Staff
They listened when I showed them my photo of the short red cord but their English wasn’t good.
