Had an incredible chocolate afternoon tea at One Square! Accessibility is generally excellent throughout.

Transport & Parking

Inside the Sheraton Hotel, One Square is close to Lothian Road where there are numerous busses, wide paths and a large taxi rank.

Access

Overall thought accessibility was great, however I did find the surfaces in the hallways incredibly shiny and reflective. The restaurant is spacious and bright which is fantastic. Trying to find the toilets did become a bit of a challenge however - I followed the signs out of the restaurant but walked right past the toilets because of the tiniest sign on a really dark surface! That being said, the toilets were luxurious when found.

Toilets

Beautiful, clean and completely luxurious. I think the signage to the toilets could be improved however. It's difficult to see in the picture (again because of the very dark interiors), but there is a red cord hanging there.

Staff

Phenomenal - excellent service.

The chocolate afternoon tea is a treat. It begins with a chocolate mousse tasting game which is brilliant for the senses!
