Overview

The museum is in a former Synagogue. It has an interesting exhibition of Jewish culture. There are a few stairs, but with my crutch I found it do-able.

Transport & Parking

The road parallel to the restaurant is a main road which has trams running along. I didn't use the tram while I was there so unable to comment, apart from I noticed that the new trams had wheelchair signs by one of the doors.

Access

There are some outdoor steps without handrail which you have to use to get to the museum. There is a step at the entrance door, without handrail. Inside there is the ticket desk and then about 5 - 6 steps down into the main part of the museum. Although these steps have a handrail they were steep, at a bit of an angle is you used the handrail and I found it a little difficult to use, but not a deal breaker. Most of the museum is in the large, main room, however there are a couple of small anti-chambers which are accessible by steps with a handrail only, these are not as bad as the steps going into the main museum. There is a couple of seats. The museum has both exhibit cases and information boards.

Toilets

Not sure if they had any toilets.

Staff

Only saw a member of staff at the ticket counter. No real interaction, but no problems.

The museum which is a former Synagogue is very beautiful and the museum is well laid out with a very interesting exhibition. Well worth visiting.
