Overview

We stayed here for a night - fully wheelchair accessible. Our room had a wet room with x4 support rails and hard to slip tiles. The staff were lovely and helpful..

Transport & Parking

Parking was behind the hotel itself in direct access to trception. There are no steps

Access

There is a ramp between car park and the hotels reception, it's bar and restaurant. There is a toilet for disabled in the corridor between the three. The is a lift to rooms on the first floor. There is a fan in the room and it's needed - it was the hottest day of the year and the room was like a sauna.

Toilets

The toilets in the public area are signed clearly. The toilets were completely accessible with grab rails and wide enough for tuning room.

Staff

We're lovely, polite and helpful! Every sentence was ended with 'a wee' - a wee minute, a wee signature. We found that funny and friendly at the same time!

This is the second time we have used the time - first 4yrs ago - and it won't be the last! It's somewhere we'll be visiting again, happily!
