Overview
Wheelchair accessible cafe with great food, selection of cakes and an accessible loo. It's next door to a petrol station too, so it has everything you need to refuel.
Transport & Parking
There is a disabled parking bay directly in front of the entrance, and another two accessible parking bays only 20 yards from the main door. It's a favourite of mine on the way to or from Stirling.
Access
There are steps leading up to the front door which are in good condition and have railings with two different heights of hand rails. There is also a ramp which is easily manageable for manual wheelchair users. The inside of the cafe is also accessible, with wide aisles.
Toilets
The accessible loo had everything I needed for my visit, and was extremely clean. It would be a little tight for wheelchair users who need a little more room for manoeuvre, but it was fine for me.
Staff
The staff were extremely welcoming and couldn't do enough to assist. They even offered to bring my food out to me in the car when it was ready, to save me having to wait.
Anything else you wish to tell us?
I would certainly recommend this cafe to anyone travelling up and down the M80. It's a great little find with great food and great staff. What more could we ask for.
