This review is especially helpful for those who have or use the following: Walking Aid
Overview
Bit pricey and the floor is no good for people with walking sticks on wet days as the tiles are highly polished causing them to be slippery. Toilets there are as heard someone say they had just been but clear signage directing you to the toilets there was not. Several people there with walking aids as it is all on the flat with plenty of space down the middle of the tables but chairs were rather close to tables next to each other, although you did not feel crowded.
Transport & Parking
There is no parking facilities at the venue although there is a public car park across the road opposite the venue
Access
The door opens outwards onto the street which may make it difficult for someone in a wheelchair. I was lucky I followed a group going in to the premises so the door was held open for me by one of the group.
Toilets
Can't say did not use them and could not see where they were within the premises but not too far away from the public toilets situated near the car park across the road. No clear signage directing customers to the toilets visible on my visit.
Staff
Very polite and nothing appeared to be too much trouble for them. Even though my table was literally across from the bar the bar person brought my drink to the table without being asked to do so.
Anything else you wish to tell us?
I would want to know I had a different end on the walking stick as my walking stick kept slipping on the highly polished wet tiled floor. Would only go if in extreme pain and could not make it to other cafes or for special occasions such as a birthday because of price.
