Overview
We were staying at a cottage in the town and had been told that this was the best place to get fish and chips . We certain,y were not disappointed. No1 Cromer has two restaurants one upstairs not accessible for a wheelchair user and one restaurant downstairs which is fully accessible. Both restaurants over look the sea front and have great view out to sea even on a cold windy April evening. The menu was good plenty of choice from various types of fish to the usual pies and chicken. I ordered plaice and chips. My husband , mother in law and brother in law all had cod and chips. The portion size was large they do some meals as smaller portions. Although it want cheap it was certainly very good fish and chips the batter on the ish very light. And not at all greasy. They also have a take out part as well should you want to eat elsewhere.
Transport & Parking
We had parked in one of the main car parks in the town having not visited the town much before . The car park has blue hbagde spaces but you still had to pay. We later found out that quite a few of the roads had disabled parking on them and this was free . Although some of these roads were only accessible for blue badge holders.
Access
Access to the restaurant was up a slope and easy plenty of space to get around with my wheelchair inside .
Toilets
