Overview
This is the first time I have visited since I lost my eye sight and had to start using a wheelchair or scooter most of the time. I was worried beforehand and rang to find out whether I would be able to cope, they were amazingly positive and supportive. They decided, after talking to me, that it would be best if I had someone with me who could help me and they arranged for me to have whoever comes with me come without charge every time. When we arrived they clearly had all my details on screen and showed us straight to the disabled changing room which was clean and excellent equipped. The whole visit was as wonderful as it ever has been.
