no dedicated parking, staff disinterested, ramped access present but poor

too many cars on forecourt, not a single disabled space, sloping surfaces make wheelchair use extremely difficult

Ramped access under cover, thought it was too steep had to haul myself in using locked side of double door

not interested in the difficulties I had, no apology, lucky I was offered a coffee
