Overview

This is an old building and had just installed a lift before my visit. You have to ask a member of staff to take you up and they take you through the doors to the stalls. The lift is big enough for three adults standing but I didn't use a wheelchair. I think one wheelchair could easily fit.

Transport & Parking

The venue has no parking but there is multi-storey parking about 500m away.

Access

Level access from pavement, easily accessible toilet on ground floor foyer, level access to stalls.

Toilets

Ground floor excellent. On this occasion I sat in the upper circle so I don't know what the disabled toilets are like on that level as I didn't use them.

This was my first visit to the New Theatre for 30 years. It has been refurbished in that time and is beautiful. My companion and I had a thoroughly enjoyable evening.
