Overview
The access to this building was overall very good. There were large automatic doors at the front of the building, ensuring anyone can access the store without having to open any doors. There are 3 floors in this building with many stairs in between, yet a lift is provided to ensure that anyone who could not use the stairs are still able to visit every floor of the shop. The only problem with this is that the lift is known to have been broken quite a few times, which meant that some people could only view the ground floor of the shop due to them not being able to use the stairs, restricting them from being able to look around the whole shop. There was no steps outside of the shop, and the floor had a gradual ramp to the front of the building to ensure that wheelchairs could access it easily. I did notice that some of the aisles where the clothes were located were quite tight, meaning that if someone had a large wheelchair it could be difficult to manoeuvre around the shop.
Transport & Parking
There was no parking for this building. Meaning you have to walk/go in a wheelchair quite a distance from the nearest parking place.

Toilets
There were no toilets in this shop.
Staff
There always seemed to be plenty of staff to greet you as you came through the door, and I noticed that a member of staff moved a few items of clothing to allow a person in a wheelchair to get through.
