Overview

Enjoyable one night stay. Staff were really helpful and ensured we knew exit procedure in emergency as the bedroom was on an upper floor. Room had a spacious layout. Random pillars (this is a historic building conversion) but had no problem maneuvering around them. Accessible rooms are on an upper floor but lift access is easy.

Transport & Parking

Parking available adjacent to door. Believe there is bus transport nearby.

Access

Level entrance and wide doors. Plenty of space in foyer with check-in near door. Were shown to our room and facilities explained. Room was spacious with easy access all round bed. Pull cord/emergency button by bed and pull cord in bathroom.

Toilets

Bathroom in room was spacious and I could move my wheelchair around easily. Toilet easily accessible. Roll in shower had plenty of room. Personally prefer drop down bars on both sides of shower.

Staff

Very polite and helpful throughout stay.

Would recommend to other wheelchair users and will definitely stay again.
