Overview
I visited pushing my wife on her wheelchair. On their website they say that some of their paths (mixed size gravel) would be 'challenging' - they weren't kidding! We made it around 1/3 of the site but generally gave up after seeing the otters. There are also some steep slopes. The entrance is difficult with an uneven slope with a lipped doorway at the top. However, we later discovered that if you ask the helpful staff they will open the side gate for you to bypass this problem. There was an easily manageable slope to the cafe, in which the tables were close together.
Transport & Parking
We drove from our hotel nearby. There is reserved disabled parking quite close to the entrance, but like the rest of the carpark spaces they are unpaved rough ground.
Access
Tricky and challenging. I think that a full sized mobility scooter would cope but the less robust collapsible versions would also struggle.
Toilets
An accessible loo was just outside the entrance. It wasn't the easiest to approach, but was adequate for the wheelchair and carer.
Staff
All were very pleasant and helpful.
