Overview
We followed the cycle paths to do a lovely circular walk from Lyndhurst va Brockenhurst. With e-motion wheels and a freewheel this was able to be done independently... until the very end when the batteries ran out! (approved off road routes: http://mediafiles.thedms.co.uk/Publication/NF/cms/pdf/Cycle_routes_in_the_New_Forest_National_Park.pdf)
Transport & Parking
Disabled parking with no charge at Lyndhurst town centre car park
Access
The approved off road routes (green dotted line) that we used seemed to be very compressed gravel so with the e-motion wheels and a freewheel these were suitable for us: http://mediafiles.thedms.co.uk/Publication/NF/cms/pdf/Cycle_routes_in_the_New_Forest_National_Park.pdf There were a few places where assistance was needed, for example negotiating narrow pavements near Lyndhurst & Brockenhurst.
Toilets
Wheelchair accessible toilet in Lyndhurst's car park. Didn't come across any toilets on the walk but wouldn't expect any in the middle of the forest.

Anything else you wish to tell us?
Was good to find some paths that worked for us. The accessible walks we've seen online tend to be too short for us.
