Overview

The gondolas are wheelchair accessible with your carer going with you for free. I was in a manual wheelchair but there was a person in a power chair at the top too. The staff slow the gondola down when you reach the top ensuring you can get off without rushing. The restuarant at top is fully accessible with a ramp & a balcony so the views are amazing - you are 650metres up Annach Mor mountain next to Ben Nevis.

Transport & Parking

We went there in a private car, there are disabled parking spaces just outside of where the gondolas are

Access

Access to the gondolas & getting into the gondolas is very good & easy.

Toilets

Toilet easy to find at the top near the cafe but is quite small. There was minimal hand rails and no emergency cord.

Staff

Very friendly and helpful staff.

Anything else you wish to tell us?

A great experience with amazing views. This allowed me to get to the top of the mountain which I would otherwise not have been able to do. We were at the cafe in the late afternoon so it was only hot drinks for sale. All together a super trip .
