Overview
Written on behalf of a Family with my 70 year old disabled father: Arrived to find fantastic disabled parking spaces, no charge to park and very close to entrance. Didn’t bring our own wheelchair as were told there were both wheelchairs and scooters available. We entered and were told we still had to queue despite booking a slot. We weren’t allowed to take wheelchair to car so my dad had to stand and wait. When we got to the register point and asked for a wheelchair the assistant was very unsure as to how to unfold the wheelchair. The wheelchairs are one size fits all and unfortunately my dad found the fixed foot plates to be completely at the wrong angle and really struggled through the whole visit. There was no sign of the advertised scooters. It was very, very busy (half term) which meant that it was really hard to manoeuvre in the crowds. We left deciding we wouldn’t return.

Sorry but if you go at half term it is going to be very busy when we went it was April and the kids were at school apart from the odd school party it was very easy to get around in my wheelchair, plus my husband uses a scooter.
