Overview
There were no steps to get into Nando's and from what I could see, there were no steps in the rest of the restaurant either. We were sat at a table in the very front of the restaurant so I'm not 100% sure what it was like further in, some areas in the very back did look a bit too tight between tables to squeeze my wheelchair through. It was very easy to access where we were sat though. I have a manual wheelchair and I was able to get to our table with no issues. The height of the tables were pretty good for me too! (I usually stay in my wheelchair rather than transferring to their chairs) You can park in Union Square (the shopping centre that Nando's is in) and there is also disabled parking there. There's quite a few spaces and so far, I haven't had any issues with finding available disabled spaces! The only issue is that Nando's is in the opposite side of the shopping centre from the car park so there is a bit of a walk/roll to get there. In my self propel wheelchair it takes just under 5 minutes to get to Nando's from the car park but if I was walking with my crutches then it would take me about 15/20 minutes (but I am a very slow walker) The only thing I cant review is Nando's toilets as I didn't need to use them. I do know that the shopping centre definitely has a couple of disabled toilets throughout though
