Overview
The Post Office is accessible throughout. Outer door entrance of 1170mm, which are always open when the PO is open, and inner automatic sliding doors 1030mm. Doorbell by the entrance. Slight incline up to the entrance. Wide spaces and corridors inside. Standard countertop 1020mm high. Parcel machines are 930mm high. Indoor posting boxes 1260mm and outdoor posting boxes 1260mm high. At kiosk 1 there is a writing ledge 810mm high. Mobile induction hearing loop is available on request, and kiosks 3 & 4 have induction loops. No Braille support. No toilet. Staff have regular disability training. Transport & Parking
Crown Glass Plaza has disabled parking in its car parks. The nearest is the Council owned parking approximately 200m away on Station Rd. The nearest train station is Nailsea & Backwell which does not have disabled access.

Easy access and very spacious inside. Let down by the parking and toilets available at Crown Glass Plaza.
