Overview
Large stone steps to front of building. There is a sloped car park at the rear with no disabled parking. On informing staff prior to attending that I was a wheelchair user I was told there was access. The day I attended I was directed to the rear of the car park as they didn’t have any access at the front. On attending the rear car park I was told that on only was there steps there were more than front and also the corridor was odd centred. A member of staff said they would help disappear when needed. I was force to have to throw my self along the corridor whilst my poor son had to lift the chair into the building. On leaving I asked for help for my son lifting the chair out and it’s was as if I’d asked for the world. I then had the throw myself along the corridor using a crutch from my car and bounce off the walls. When u asked why they didn’t have a ramp for the front. They stated that couldn’t justify the expense!!
