Overview

We were apprehensive going to a concert with our two sons who are wheelchair users. So many things could present as an issue but we had a fantastic experience. Friendly staff, plenty of accessible toilets, easy access, good seating (with no one blocking your view or standing in front of the wheelchair). Plenty of parking around the Arena.

Transport & Parking

No issues with parking. Plenty around and can park at the Albert Dock a short walk away.

Access

There is a car park really a minitr’s walk from the Arena near the Pullman hotel on the left. It was £7 for concert parking but there was lots of other parking on offer.

Toilets

Plenty accessible toilets at venue with turning space and grab rails. No changing places in venue but I believe there is one next door that can be used.

Staff

Very friendly staff. Security stewards also endured no one wandered into our area to misuse the space that was allocated to disabled guests during the concert.
