Overview
This is a National Trust property. They have addressed accessibility issues as best they can, given that the house isnt open (yet, though two rooms are open as second hand boiokshops but up two steps to get in) and the plot is sloping. The gardens are pretty and there are gravelled and grass paths. Some are a bit steep and you'd need a power chair really as pushing could be a challenge. However with the power chair you dcan access several areas.
Transport & Parking
We travelled by car. There is a drop off point outside the entrance but then the car has to be moved round to the car park, which is accessed via steep steps.
Access
There are some gravelled and grass paths but the site is steep in places. There are several seats arouns and a tea garden with some cover, accessible with a chair.
Toilets
Loos on this site are a challenge for everyonel They are all in portacabins but there is an accessible one, though we didnt inspect it closely.
