We used taxis, cars, trains and carers

Access

There was a lack of disability bays by the doors. Well sign posted. Very open and accessible. Lift and ramp.

Toilets

Toilet was very clean. Full toilet roll. lowered sink and lowered hand dryer. Soap filled.Emergency cord for alarm went to toilet. Cord is long.

Staff

All staff are in uniform. Good and helpful. Very friendly. Staff made us feel welcome and supported us to get involved.

Anything else you wish to tell us?

We felt safe and welcome. Security at front door. We like the venue as it has lovely staff and area for meeting. We also noticed a dofib on point, it shows the staff are well trained. Announcements are clear over speaker system.
