Transport & Parking

Public transport is limited. Disabled parking available but I've noticed that they have put a garden centre on the ones closest to the door since I last went. The bays are also really old and the markings are wearing off.

Access

Level access. Doors are automatic and electric. Mobility scooters, manual wheelchairs & wheelchair shopping trolleys available. I didn't notice a designated wheelchair accessible till. All the tills were wide enough for wheelchairs that I saw. The self check outs were mostly access although some areas may be too high for some. I did not see a lowered counter as the cigarette stand. Lights are bright, no music. Shelves were often high. Some were set back with doors too.

Toilets

I did not use the loos. Will review when I do.

Social distancing markers. Screens on tills. Hand sanitizer all around the shop. PETROL STATION: I did not see any information on how to request help. Pumps are up a step & very heavy. Pretty much impossible if cannot stand at all. There was also a kerb up to the shop to pay but you can pay at the pump.
