Overview
Easily accessible - just a short stretch of cobbles to negotiate if approached from Union Street - and staff were quick to open the doors. Though the restaurant is quite small it didn't feel crowded and navigating in a wheelchair was easy. The food was brilliant.
Transport & Parking
Can't comment on the parking. The restaurant is in Correction Wynd, which is just off Union Street. Union Street is very well served by wheelchair accessible buses. The cafe is best approached by heading down St Nicholas Street (pedestrianised) and turning left into Correction Wynd.
Access
Very good - level entrance, wide doors which helpful staff opened for us, and no internal steps.
Toilets
The loos are not accessible - too small to get a wheelchair in, though a wheelchair user with some ability to walk could get to them.
Staff
Friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable about the menu and the wine list - they clearly take a pride in their work and the work o the kitchen team. We enjoyed a three course evening meal, and the dishes were all subtle and excellent, as was the wine our waitress recommended.
Anything else you wish to tell us?
It is a good idea to book - there aren't many tables. The atmosphere is informal and friendly.
