Good food. Irreverent decor. Unfortunately no atmosphere when we went (lunchtime)

Overview
Went for lunch Good, Japanese food. Decorated with everything Japanese -lampshades , flags, drink bottles, beer bottles, Japanese teddies etc We had the usual Japanese fare - seaweed salad, gyoza, sushi … But unfortunately we went on a weekday lunch. 2 other tables- no atmosphere
