Overview
Our 2020 holiday in 2022 šš We arrived into Barcelona airport I could not fault the PRM team with the Eagle 4A Lifter if anything they were really efficient. From the time the aircraft doors were opened and we got outside of the terminal it was not much more than 30 minutes. The Aerobus into Placa de Catalunya was still at 2019 prices which was ā¬10.20. When we got to the Metro ticket hall the T10 had changed to a T Casual and unlike the T10 we needed our own ticket. Unusual the 10 trip ticket came down to ā¬7.95 (you need one for each person). The L6 metro takes 10 minutes to arrive at Les Tres Torres from Placa Catalunya and is only 6 stops. When you come up in the lift you just look left and Mics is across the road. We had everything we needed from our 2019 trip when we arrived at Mics. The only down side was the Molift standing hoist broke the next morning and within hours they had a replacement hoist even though a different make which wasnāt a problem. We were very pleased to see a new Changing Places Toilet and beach buggies to take you to the water on Barcelona beach. Speaking to the people running the enclosed area for wheelchair users only there was a second Changing Places Toilet at the other end of the beach but we didnāt see it. The one we photographed was only 6 months old and the second one just over a year old.
Transport & Parking
We fly and use public transport but if you want Mics will arrange a taxi to pick you up from the airport at an extra charge.
Access
Access around Mics is very good, thereās two liftās the small lift takes a wheelchair the bigger lift will take about three wheelchairs. The bar/dining room is quiet spacious with an outdoor terrace. I love the tables because my knees fit under the table and I can eat in peace.
Toilets
We only used the toilet in the apartment which has ample room.
Staff
You could not ask for friendlier staff, we do make an effort too by using an app on the phone to translate what we want to say.
